PSAC files unfair labour practices complaint re: RTO4
On February 7, 2026, the PSAC filed a statuatory freeze” unfair labour practices complaint against the Treasury Board and Canada Revenue Agency, because of the employer’s attempts to make changes to working conditions during collective bargaining negotiations.
